Insurance carriers & our firm. Where you request insurance or annuity products, with the applicable carriers and with our supervising firm as required to service your request and to meet regulatory obligations.
Legal & safety. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and — as stated above — we never share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
Access & correction: contact us to review, update, or request deletion of your information, subject to records we are required to retain.
